• Carolyn Sessions Conference Scholarship Registration
  This conference scholarship is awarded to selected individuals to honor the memory of Carolyn Sessions, who dedicated her career as a mathematics and technology educator in Louisiana. Carolyn had a strong belief in the importance of a professional network and the work of the associations.
  - Lunch is INCLUDED
• Full Conference Early-Bird Registration – $125.00
  - Save $50 when compared to Full Conference Registration. Must be postmarked no later than September 26, 2025.
  - If your payment or PO is not settled or postmarked by Sept. 26, 2025, your registration status WILL BE CHANGED to the Pre-conference registration rate of $150.
  - The Early-bird Registration rate includes LUNCH on Thursday.
• Full-time non-teaching Undergraduate Student Conference Registration – $25.00
  - Online payments are accepted at anytime registration is open.
  - Must have postmark for check or cash payments no later than October 22, 2025.
  - After Oct. 22nd, check payments will be accepted at the Onsite Conference Registration Table when checking-in. (You should still register online without completing your payment).
  - Thursday Lunch IS INCLUDED with registration prior to Thursday, October 23rd.
