All commercial exhibitors will register online. When registering, exhibitors can pay by credit card. If you wish to pay by check, please complete the online registration form, print the form, and submit it along with your payment to the address provided on the printed form.

You are welcome to submit a concurrent session proposal through the proposal submission page. The submission deadline is Friday, August 25,2023. There is no cost for sessions by companies exhibiting at the joint conference. Presenters will have to make their own arrangements for any equipment needs.
Additional tables, booth space, and memberships (for exhibit co-workers) are available at an extra charge. Contact a Conference Exhibits Co-Chair Cecelia Gillam (cgillam@stcharles.k12.la.us) or Sommer Anderson-Picou (sommer.anderson-picou@jpschools.org) with any exhibits questions.
If you opt to bring a display board, please confirm that you have secured sufficient space. You will be provided with three name badges for those individuals who will be working your booth for the 2023 conference. An additional exhibitor badge can be purchased at a charge of $10 if only one table is reserved. All exhibit workers must wear a conference name badge. NOTE: With the rental of each additional table, two (2) additional free badges may be requested and one additional may be purchased for $10 during the online registration process.
This year the Galleria area has been reserved at the Baton Rouge River Center for exhibitors during the LSTA/LATM Joint Conference. The Galleria area will be open to conference participants Thursday, November 2 from 7:30 am – 3:30 pm and Friday from 7:30 am – 12:30 pm. Security is provided during the entire conference, and entry into the Galleria will only be allowed with an official badge.
Exhibitors will check-in at the Exhibitor’s Registration table in the Galleria on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, from 3:00pm – 7:00pm. Please note that exhibitors must ship all exhibit materials to their hotels and transport them on Monday to the River Center. The River Center does not have space in which to store these materials and will refuse to accept anything shipped to them.
The exhibits area will formally open on Thursday at 8:00 am. The Galleria will continue to be open through the concurrent sessions until 3:30 pm.
The exhibit hall will then open Friday, November 3 at 7:30 am prior to the start of the concurrent sessions at 8:00 am and will continue to be open throughout the day until 12:30 pm. We request exhibitors wait until 12:00 pm on Friday to dismantle the booths.
Door Prizes: Each year, our conferences are augmented by door prizes provided by our exhibitors. If you would like to include a door prize to be given away during the LATM/LSTA 2023 Conference, please check the appropriate box on your registration form.
Sponsorships: We are pleased companies have already reached out to take on the responsibilities of conference bags and registration scholarships. There are still several conference sponsorship opportunities available.
Gifts for all conference participants (imprinted mugs, special conference pens, thumb drives, or other items with conference or your company logo)
Conference Sponsors will be identified with a special decal at their booth in the Galleria as well as, on the websites of both associations before and after the conference, in the association newsletters, in the pre-conference mailout, in the conference program app, in the registration area, and during the Outstanding Educator Awards recognition program. Please contact me for further information on any of the above or with ideas of your own on how your company might support the 2023 LATM/LSTA Joint Conference.
If your company is bringing in a national level speaker please share that information with us early in the process.
Payment Information
LATM and LSTA will be accepting online credit card and mail-in conference payments. When registering for the conference, please notice that you can select ONLINE or MAIL-IN payment options. Transaction fees are additional for ONLINE payments, so please select the correct registration option. Checks should be written to "2023 LATM/LSTA Joint Conference".
