Commercial Exhibitor Information

All commercial exhibitors will register online at http://lsta.info/event-2900347.  When registering, exhibitors will be able to pay by credit card.  If you wish to pay by check, please complete the online registration form, print the form, and submit it along with your payment to the address provided on the printed form. 

General exhibitor registration covers:

  • booth space (10’ x 10’),
  • an 8-foot skirted table,
  • two chairs,
  • up to three exhibitor badges,
  • two boxed lunches on Tuesday, and
  • a single one-year membership in both LATM and LSTA. 

Additional tables
, booth space, and memberships (for exhibit co-workers) are available at an extra charge
. Information on items such as carpet and internet available through the convention services provider will be sent to registered exhibitors.  If you opt to bring a display board, please make sure that you secure sufficient space to set it up AND keep a required one-foot space open on both sides of your display.  You will be provided with three name badges for individuals working your booth for the 2018 conference.  An additional exhibitor badge can be purchased at a charge of $5 if only one table is rented.  All exhibit workers must wear a conference name badge.  NOTE: With the rental of each additional table, three (3) more free badges may be requested and one additional may be purchased for $5 during the online registration process.

The exhibit area has been reserved at the Shreveport Convention Center.  The Exhibit Hall will be open to participants Monday, October 22th, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., and Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Security is provided during the entire conference, and entry into the Exhibit Hall will only be allowed with an official badge. 

Exhibitors will check in at the Exhibitor’s Registration table in the foyer of the Exhibit Hall on Monday, October 22, 2018, from noon until 4:30 p.m. Please note that exhibitors can ship exhibit materials to the Shreveport Convention Center.  The Shreveport Convention Center does have space in which to store these materials at no charge.  However, if the exhibitor wants the goods delivered to their exhibit table, the convention center does charge a fee.  It is the exhibitor's responsibility to get the items from the storage area at the back of the Convention Center to their table(s) in the exhibit area.  

The exhibit area will formally open for the Exhibits Showcase at 5:00 p.m.  If early check-in is needed, please note this on your registration form.  An Exhibits Reception on Monday evening from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. will coincide with the Exhibits Showcase. The exhibit area will close at 8:00 p.m. Monday.  The Exhibit Hall reopens from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday and will be open from 8:00 a.m. until 12 noon on Wednesday.  At the request of many exhibitors, the Exhibit Hall will remain open throughout the day Tuesday, and will not close for lunch. We request exhibitors wait until 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday to dismantle the booths.

Door Prizes:  Each year, our conferences are augmented by door prizes provided by our exhibitors. If you would like to include a door prize to be given away during the LATM LSTA 2018 Conference, please check the appropriate box on your registration form.

Sponsorships: We are pleased companies have already reached out to take on the responsibilities of the conference bag and program printing.  There are still several conference sponsorship opportunities available. 

  • Presenters’ Hospitality Room
  • Gift for all conference participants (imprinted mug, special conference pen, thumb drive, or other item with conference or your company logo)
  • Sponsorship of the plaques given to Outstanding Educator Awardees at the recognition program on Tuesday
  • Sponsorship of morning coffee break on Tuesday and/or Wednesday
  • Sponsorship of bottled water and/or soft drink break on Tuesday afternoon
  • Conference shirt for the Planning Committee Members which would include company logo/name

Conference Sponsors will be identified on the websites of both associations before and after the conference, in the association newsletters, in the pre-conference mailout, in the conference program and the registration area, with a special decal at their booth, and during the Outstanding Educator Awards recognition program. Please contact me for further information on any of the above or with ideas of your own on how your company might support the 2018 Joint Math and Science Conference.

Payment Information
This year LSTA and LATM will be accepting online credit card and mail-in conference payments.  When registering for the conference,  please notice that you can select ONLINE or MAIL-IN payment options.  Transaction fees are added for ONLINE payments, so please select the correct registration option.  Checks should be written to "2018 LATM/LSTA Joint Conference".  

Mail-in payments should be addressed as follows and should include a copy of the payment invoice: 

Invoices and payment receipts will be emailed directly to each registrant.
