All registered attendees of the conference will be given FREE ADMISSION to the Louisiana Art and Science Museum Friday, November 7, 2025 by presenting your conference name badge.

Food Options

Thursday:

• Sponsored Coffee & Pastries break from 7:30 am - 10:40 am Thursday and from 7:30 am - 10:00 am Friday
• The River Center does not allow outside food and drinks
• Lunches ordered with early-bird and pre-registration can be picked up in the West Ballroom with your meal specific lunch ticket from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm 
• Lunch is on your own if you registered during Regular Registration; a food vending cart will be selling a few portable food items throughout the day
• Social sponsored by Curriculum Associates planned for Thursday evening from 5:00pm - 7:30pm, Somewhere Neighborhood Bar
• Dinner will be on your own
