General Conference Registration
Participants registration is now open at 2026 LSTA/LATM Joint Conference Registration Form. When registering, participants will be able to pay by credit card. If you wish to pay by check, please complete the online registration form, print the form, and submit it along with your payment to the payment address below.
The conference registration fee covers:

full access to the exhibits in the during the conference
- access to 1 hr. math and science professional development sessions all day Thursday and half a day on Friday
- box lunch on Thursday, November 12th
- full-year memberships to both LSTA and LATM
Payment Information
LSTA and LATM are accepting online credit card and mail-in conference payments and purchase orders (POs). Conference registration is fully online. POs can be emailed to scienceandmatheducators+Registration@gmail.com , but please note that your conference registration is not complete until a check, cash or credit card payment has been received for your registration. Checks should be written to "2026 LATM/LSTA Joint Conference".
PLEASE BE SURE YOUR P.O. VENDOR AND ADDRESS IS UP-TO-DATE for the conference! Our organization's W-9 form can be shared upon request. Please contact Nathan Cotten @ scienceandmatheducators+Treasurer@gmail.com with the request.

- Your registration for the conference will not be considered complete unless payment has been received. If a payment deadline has expired and you have not paid your fees, emailed a PO or check postmarked by that date, your registration selection will be updated to reflect the increased registration rate. - For multiple registrant payments: EACH registrant is required to complete a separate registration form and submit their invoice with payment. For each registrant form included with payment, in the multiple registration information box, include the following: the organization writing the check or P.O., check or P.O. number, check or P.O. amount and all registrants full names covered by the check or P.O.
Invoices will be emailed directly to each registrant, and receipts will be provided with name badges at the conference.
