General Conference Registration
Participants registration is now open at 2023 LSTA/LATM Joint Conference Registration Form. When registering, participants will be able to pay by credit card. If you wish to pay by check, please complete the online registration form, print the form, and submit it along with your payment to the payment address below.
The conference registration fee covers:

full access to the exhibits in the during the conference
- access to 1 hr. math and science professional development sessions all day Thursday and half a day on Friday
- full-year memberships to LSTA and LATM
Payment Information
LSTA and LATM are accepting online credit card and mail-in conference payments and purchase orders (P.O.s). Conference registration is fully online. P.O.s can be emailed to nmcotten12@gmail.com, but please note that your conference registration is not complete until a check, cash or credit card payment has been received for your registration. Checks should be written to "2023 LATM/LSTA Joint Conference".
for full conference registration from October 28th - November 2, 2023 must be paid ON-SITE at the on-site conference registration table.
PLEASE BE SURE YOUR P.O. VENDOR AND ADDRESS IS UP-TO-DATE! We can email our organization's W-9 form if needed, please contact Nicole Cotten @ nmcotten12@gmail.com with the request.

- Your registration for the conference will not be considered complete unless payment is received. If a payment deadline has expired and you have not paid your fees, emailed a P.O. or postmarked by that date, your registration selection will be updated to reflect the increased rate. - For multiple registrant payments: each registrant should complete a separate registration form and print their invoice, on each registrant form include, in the Multiple registration information box: the organization writing the check or P.O. for the multiple registrants, check or P.O. number, check or P.O. amount and all registrants covered by the check or P.O..
Invoices will be emailed directly to each registrant, and receipts are provided with name badges at the conference.
